I’m a Senior VoIP and NOC engineer with 15+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience, based in Argentina (UTC-3) and available immediately for 100% remote work. My business hours overlap with US overnight NOC shifts for 24/7 coverage without shift premiums, and I bring bilingual Spanish/English communication to every engagement.

I’m a certified Teltronics 20-20 PBX specialist (Level 1, 2 & 3) with deep expertise in SIP trunking, IP telephony, WAN operations, and real-time incident response. Across multi-site environments, I operate 24/7 NOC monitoring, manage SIP/RTP/codec/QoS for voice quality, administer Newbridge 3600/3630 WAN infrastructure, and build runbooks to reduce mean time to resolution while keeping teams supported through Tier 1/2 voice and data support.
