What I'm looking for

I seek research roles that combine genetics, spatial data and robust statistical analysis in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams with opportunities to publish and present findings.

I am a biologist and data analyst pursuing a PhD at the University of Buenos Aires, combining genetic research with spatial and environmental data analysis. My work focuses on thermal acclimation, heat‑induced hormesis, and the genetic basis of longevity in Drosophila, using QTL mapping and recombinant inbred lines.

I have hands‑on experience designing and executing experimental protocols, processing environmental and genetic datasets, and developing statistical models and visualizations (ANOVA, R). I apply GIS and remote sensing (QGIS, NDVI time series) to landscape and natural resource studies and integrate spatial analysis with laboratory genetics.

I communicate findings through scientific publications and international conference presentations, and I am committed to rigorous experimental design, reproducible analysis, and interdisciplinary collaboration between data science and biology.
