My research revolves around decoding microbial ecosystems through advanced data analysis techniques, where I leverage machine learning and biotechnology to optimize bioprocesses. I have a solid foundation in analyzing next-generation sequencing (NGS) data and performing statistical analyses on large datasets, which allows me to uncover hidden interactions and predict system dynamics.
