Mariana Samarane

I'm a Brazilian lawyer specializing in corporate and contract law, with hands-on experience supporting venture capital transactions, M&A deals, and due diligence processes. At Ferreira e Chagas Advogados, I worked on the Bossa Invest client team for over a year and a half, drafting and reviewing investment and contractual documents while coordinating directly with client stakeholders. I've also worked across civil litigation, criminal enforcement, and estate planning during my legal training at Milton Campos Law School.

I recently completed an exchange program in Business & International Relations in Barcelona, which sharpened my ability to operate in international, client-facing environments. I'm fluent in English (C1 Advanced) and speak intermediate Spanish, and I'm now looking for remote or hybrid opportunities in-house — ideally in contract management, corporate legal, or compliance — where I can bring precision, adaptability, and a genuine interest in cross-border legal work.
