In insurance and health plan sales, I contacted prospective clients, learned what they needed, and explained coverage and service options. I followed up on questions and supported clients through their decisions.

Through catalog and social media sales, I responded to customer inquiries, promoted products, organized orders, coordinated deliveries, and followed up with clients. I also ran my own prepared-meals and baking venture, managing orders and customer coordination through messaging and social media.

I’m interested in developing in virtual assistance and remote support for members and customers. I bring experience with WhatsApp and social media customer service, along with administrative tasks for my own ventures.
