At The Hershey Company, I lead the plant’s Hershey Lean operating model, including eight pillars and compliance across four business units. I led the Monterrey plant’s Digital Lean project and coached the El Salto plant through the Hershey Lean relaunch using Connected Worker.
Previously, I led process improvement work at The Hershey Company and ESSITY, including projects that delivered stated annual savings and process changes. At ESSITY, I supported paper-making areas as a Graduate Engineer and worked on centerline implementation as a Process Engineering intern.
