I have served as chief accountant and finance lead across six legal entities, managed payroll for 300+ employees, and supported UEFA/FIFA matchday operations.

My strengths include budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, internal controls, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, procurement, and management teams. I coordinate volunteer teams (40–60 people), manage event logistics, and prepare operational documentation and reports under time-critical conditions.
