As a Finance student at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), I have developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. My professional experience includes an internship at YPF S.A., where I worked on budget control, financial reporting, and cost analysis (OPEX/CAPEX). Additionally, my role as a Secretary at Club Atlético Jorge Newbery allowed me to manage financial transactions, process payments, and handle document organization with high attention to detail.

My expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced), SAP, and financial management aligns with the bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities of this role. While I have not yet worked directly with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Appfolio, I am a fast learner, highly adaptable, and eager to expand my knowledge in property management accounting principles.
