What I'm looking for
I am a detail-oriented junior data analyst with a strong foundation in finance, administration, and customer service. I completed the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and am advancing my skills with an Advanced Excel for Data Analysis course.
In my current role as an Administrative Accountant I prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, perform bank reconciliations, and support budgeting and forecasting through data validation and journal entries. I collaborate across departments to gather data and ensure compliance with policies.
Previously, as an Office Manager, I managed client and sales databases, generated reports, supported sales research and trend identification, and coordinated logistics to improve operational efficiency. I have also managed HR and finance data, produced internal performance presentations, and maintained marketing and sales analytics.
I bring practical experience with Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, dashboards), Google Sheets, basic Power BI and SQL, and a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights that support decision-making. I am fluent in English and a native Spanish speaker, and I am passionate about using data to improve business outcomes.
