What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow from QA automation and privacy testing into program management, leading cross-functional teams, improving delivery processes, and coordinating complex web, mobile, and enterprise product initiatives.

At HCL America supporting Meta, I lead QA initiatives for privacy products across web, mobile, and internal enterprise applications. I own test strategy, processes, metrics, dashboards, bug triage, and delivery within 24-hour and 8-hour SLAs.

Previously, at Experis IT/IBM supporting MetLife, I designed and executed functional, regression, integration, and automated tests using Selenium, Java, and Cucumber. I helped deliver 6,000 test cases on deadline, earned a 100% SQA audit score, and improved QA processes that saved more than 400 engineering hours.
