I'm looking for opportunities to contribute to construction estimating, project coordination, and architectural design while taking on new challenges and continuing to learn.

I'm an architect who turns plans and blueprints into accurate construction budgets, material take-offs, and coordinated project delivery.

At Insulation Construction Drawings, I receive and review plans for budgeting, assign estimator tasks, oversee turnaround times, and contribute to insulation take-offs and material quantification.

I also manage administrative responsibilities, including payroll review, and communicate with customers to clarify each project's requirements.

Previously at NEW CENTURY CED, I contributed to the design of 10 residential projects and coordinated with engineering and construction teams to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
