What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can deliver friendly service, handle payments accurately, and stay organized during busy shifts. I want a team that values professionalism, reliability, and clear communication.

I’m a customer-focused cashier and server with experience providing fast, friendly service while keeping transactions accurate. At Golden Dawn, I processed cash, credit, check, and EBT payments with minimal register discrepancies and maintained a clean, organized checkout area.

Previously, at Frontier Franks, I greeted customers, took orders, and efficiently processed payments during busy rush times. I managed the cash register, gave customers change proficiently, and worked with a small team to keep lines moving while staying professional under pressure.

I’m also a volunteer at the Carnegie Library of Homestead, where I shelve books and help maintain organized sections for easy access. I’ve supported basic office skills like organizing materials and making displays, strengthening my communication and time management in a professional environment.
