I’m a customer service cashier with 1+ years of experience providing strong team collaboration, fast learning of products and merchandise, and consistent, maximum customer service.
From The Pretzel Cafe to Cook Out and Buffalo Wild Wings, I handled opening and closing, managed cash handling and register experience, supported inventory/stocking, and maintained a clean, organized workspace for both front and back of house.
I also adapted to multiple roles, including being a host, customer service representative, and to-go manager—reciprocating criticism, negotiating/reasoning with customers, building rapport, and correcting mistakes when needed.
