At SoftwareOne, I developed Python synthetic transactions to validate the availability of production services and APIs. I also built Grafana dashboards using Prometheus metrics and Loki logs to track system health, HTTP errors, and historical trends.
I monitored production platforms by analyzing metrics, logs, and traces to identify anomalies and support incident response. I also automated scheduled monitoring windows in Linux with Cron and YAML, and diagnosed incidents in Windows and Linux with case documentation in GLPI.
My projects include a Python solution for checking Power BI / Fabric Gateway status through REST APIs, analyzing authentication, permissions, scopes, and Service Principals. I work with Python, C#/.NET, Java, TypeScript, and React, alongside SQL databases and monitoring tools.
