I’m a qualified accountant with 8+ years of experience in financial management, month-end close processes, and statutory deduction preparation. I focus on reaching results while ensuring an efficient process, even when working under pressure and tight deadlines.
At Kapa Sacco Ltd (February 2022 to date), I update members’ accounts and the general ledger, generate accurate reports for management, and ensure compliance with organization policies. I reconcile Sacco accounts statements monthly, manage cash and cheques collection and banking, and handle daily reconciliation of MPESA accounts.
Previously, at Scan Construction Limited (March 2013 to April 2020), I recorded and entered transactions regularly, maintained debtors statements and payment follow-up, and ensured timely payment of staff salaries and suppliers’ invoices.
