I am a results-driven Administrative Officer with a BA in Political Science and Economics, currently managing call centre and sales operations. I streamline processes, maintain CRM integrity, and support sales through proposal preparation and training.

Previously I conducted parliamentary research, producing background papers, policy documents, and publications while supporting legislative processes and organizing official events. I have market research experience collecting and analyzing primary and secondary data and commissioning surveys.
