At X-Team, I contributed to the architecture and end-to-end delivery of a health insurance onboarding platform for Sun Life USA. It enabled enterprise clients to configure benefit offerings and coverage options, and customer engagement increased by 86% compared with prior onboarding tools.

I also played a key role in the architecture and early development of a client-facing billing platform, replacing a legacy system with real-time invoice and payment visibility. I handled system design challenges involving internal integrations, financial workflows, and consistency across MySQL and MongoDB.

Earlier, at Mercado Livre Brasil, I played a key role in architecture and frontend development for a warehouse operations platform deployed across dozens of warehouses in Brazil.
