At YOOX Net-A-Porter, I handle first- and second-level incidents on production Linux and Windows servers for an e-commerce platform. I monitor alerts with Zabbix and Grafana, and pass recurring patterns or engineering issues along with the logs, metrics, and checks already completed.

My 24/7 Proxmox VE home lab is where I self-host services for my family, monitor systems with Zabbix, and practise Linux administration. I’ve written Bash scripts for routine tasks and offsite photo backups with rsync, and I’m preparing for the RHCSA exam.
