At Negg Group, I manage and maintain complex IT environments, with a focus on virtualization, infrastructure monitoring, network security, and cloud environments.
I support the internal team with troubleshooting, service optimization, and the implementation of scalable solutions. I also prepare new colleagues’ equipment, including workstations, VPN, and VoIP setup.
Before joining Negg Group, I worked as an IT System Administrator and Monitoring professional at COMP.SYS, providing monitoring and first-level help desk service as an external consultant for Anas S.p.A. I monitored and administered physical and virtual servers, databases, routers, switches, and firewalls, escalating security threats when needed.
That work included Nagios, Zabbix, Dynatrace, USU T-Anas, and VMware vSphere. I have an IT education and speak Italian, English, and Albanian.
