At Nassau University Medical Center, I cared for patients in the Burn Unit and ICU, performed phlebotomy, and supported patients with basic care and transfers to specialty care.
At Bioreference, I worked as a Phlebotomist. At New York Blood Center, I carried out technical and non-technical activities for blood and blood product collection.
Through the DOH: Bureau of Bronx Neighborhood Health internship, I worked with community partners to create a program for children in the Bronx. My presentations include “Growing Healthy Futures” Grant Proposal and “Thrive Together Mental Health Initiative.”
I'm pursuing biomedical science and medical education at Sophie Davis Biomedical Education Program, The City College of New York, and completed a Master’s in Healthcare Policy and Management at CUNY School of Public Health. I also hold certifications in dialysis technology, pharmacy technology, phlebotomy, and emergency medical care.
