I delivered a Digital Continuous Improvement platform that moved factories from paper and legacy tools to a standardized digital solution. I also drove the global rollout of UKG Workforce Management, supporting productive units at John Deere and impacting more than 80,000 employees worldwide.

Previously, I led regional HR and Payroll technology across Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, including the ADP Payroll implementation for 25,000+ employees. I helped rationalize regional HR applications, replace custom tools with enterprise platforms, and reduce operational complexity.

My foundation spans data, integrations, and full-stack development. I’ve scaled distributed agile teams of 30+ professionals, modernized integration infrastructure, and delivered automation that eliminated 10,000+ manual hours annually while generating approximately $300K in yearly savings.
