I’m looking to lead remote-first engineering teams, run distributed delivery with strong workforce planning, and apply AI/LLM-driven engineering operations to deliver reliable core platforms—especially for financial-services clients.

I’m a Senior Engineering Manager with 15+ years scaling global software teams. I currently lead 11 Tech Leads and 200+ engineers across 5 continents and 9+ time zones, delivering core-banking platforms for global financial-services clients.

I’m expert in workforce planning, distributed-team operations, technical hiring, and AI/LLM-driven engineering operations. I grew the Tech Lead team ~50% to 11, built a progression framework to remove single-points-of-failure, and personally interviewed 100+ engineers to raise the technical bar and improve ramp-up.

More recently, I designed and deployed an LLM-based workforce-allocation system to cut scheduling overhead and improve staffing visibility—driving capacity, delivery, and headcount planning with HR and Finance. From secure, high-availability platforms under strict compliance to multi-year enterprise architecture and consulting, I’ve consistently focused on reliable delivery, strong technical direction, and resilient distributed execution.
