Marcelo Entraigas

I’m a software engineer specialized in web development, with a strong frontend focus built through years of delivering production applications. I’m especially motivated by “developing innovative solutions to complex problems,” and I enjoy the day-to-day craft of building user-facing experiences.

At datafuelX, I’ve been the main developer responsible for designing and building a frontend application that powers a data analytics platform. I use Nuxt3 with TypeScript, and I handle “big and complex forms” with vee-validate and yup, coordinating closely with the data team, the API team, and the frontend team.

Across my contractor roles, I’ve worked with a broad set of frontend stacks—Vue 2/3 (including Nuxt SPA/SSR modes), React, Vuex, Less, and custom styling—often joining projects to extend legacy code or rebuild architecture. Examples include rebuilding an admin system with Nuxt.js in SPA mode hosted on AWS (S3) and authentication with aws-cognito.

I also bring backend and systems experience, from earlier work in PHP and Oracle PL/SQL to JavaScript-adjacent stacks (Python, Docker, Java, Node.js, C#, and WEBAPI). That broader background helps me move quickly from product needs to implementation details—while keeping an old-school, command-line-driven workflow and a startup mentality.
