What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead AI-powered learning systems in higher education—designing assessment-driven STEM instruction, using learning analytics to support students, and scaling AI tools for measurable learning gains.

I’m an academic leader and analytical chemist with 20+ years of university teaching experience, currently responsible for a 10-member Analytical Chemistry faculty team. I combine curriculum design, formative assessment, and evidence-based quality thinking to strengthen student learning outcomes.

I design and evaluate learning interventions using student-performance analytics. By analyzing assessment results, surveys, and course feedback, I identify learning gaps and monitor at-risk cohorts—then adjust teaching and student-facing resources based on what the data shows.

I also experiment rigorously with generative AI in education. I built and evaluated SOLVIXA, a GPT-style disciplinary virtual tutor for Analytical Chemistry that reached 70% student adoption and 95% satisfaction, remains in active use, and earned first place/best work in Analytical Chemistry Education at CAQA 2025.

Alongside faculty leadership, I’m currently completing a Master’s thesis on AI in higher education and doctoral research in chemometric environmental studies. My core ethos is simple: combine strong STEM pedagogy with assessment-driven feedback loops and responsible AI to improve results for students.
