At Hope, BC, I advise members on personal banking, registered products, and credit solutions. I conduct regular financial reviews to understand their goals and identify opportunities.

I interview loan applicants, analyze financial and credit information, and prepare recommendations for credit approval. I also handle estate and account administration requests within my assigned member portfolios.

Previously, as a Financial Services Associate / Client Advisor, I managed a portfolio of personal banking members and provided ongoing reviews and personalized financial advice. I also assisted with loan interviews and credit assessments in collaboration with senior advisors and credit teams.

My experience includes advising on chequing and savings accounts, term deposits, RRSPs, and TFSAs, as well as supporting personal and small business banking needs. I hold a Diploma in Financial Services from Centennial College, Mutual Funds Licensing, and IFIC certification.
