I redesigned Lambda-based IMEI processing to reduce a media-upload backlog from 5.4M to 600K records. I also led incident recovery during media-upload outages by identifying gateway restart sequences and building safe event-replay tools.
I’ve delivered asynchronous media-download workflows for low-connectivity video uploads, Privacy Mode for LATAM compliance, and centralized audit logging for device configuration changes. I also reduced New Relic log ingestion by 41%, saving approximately $125K annually.
