I’m a detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst currently working at NielsenIQ, where I specialize in data /in/manushachaudhary- 151824116/ cleansing, validation and quality management. I help ensure high-accuracy, high-reliability datasets that support data-driven decisions.

In my role, I conduct data cleansing, and quality assurance on large datasets to improve accuracy and enable identification of key market trends. I also support upper management with timely and accurate data MS Excel inputs, and contribute to client insights by helping assess product performance, sales growth and profitability.

Previously at Delhivery Pvt. Ltd., I worked as a Linehaul Operations Executive (Surface), tracking and monitoring 150+ on-road consignments daily using MTS Software. I coordinated with cross-functional teams and escalation managers, maintained Delay sheets, and ensured accurate reporting to support logistics efficiency and operational decision-making.

I bring an analytical foundation from completing an HR internship at Sahara India and conducting a summer training research project: “Assessing the Effectiveness of Performance Appraisal System in Sahara India Media” (2018). I’m known for strong analytical skills, adaptability, and efficiency in fast-paced environments, and I’ve been recognized for innovation through a 1st Position - Inter College Business Plan Competition, 2018.
