At Vemo, I own Product Design for Vemo Impulso with Product and Engineering. I built Vemo Circuito, a design system that re-skins for four brands and includes a manifest for each component so AI agents can use it correctly.
I also led research on car maintenance, combining driver interviews, hypothesis testing, funnel and support-ticket analysis, and a market benchmark to shape a phased self-service flow.
At BeGo, I led product design across a logistics platform connecting cargo with drivers. After research showed that 70% of users abandoned order creation and called support, the redesign contributed to higher user retention and lead acquisition, less assignment time, and more successful matches.
At BeGo, I led a team of 10 designers and worked across products including E-Lock, Hey móvil, and FMF Ticketing. My earlier work at CAEM / Operagua and Wiinkil covered institutional branding, web design, and digital experiences, building on my background in graphic design and creative direction.
