I am a versatile baseball coach and amateur scout with extensive experience mentoring student-athletes, officiating high school games, and evaluating talent across the Birmingham metro area. I combine analytical player evaluation with leadership and a passion for teaching fundamentals, building competitive culture, and identifying both tools and intangibles that predict long-term success.

I have served as a volunteer coach, youth coach, freelance amateur scout, and high school umpire, producing written evaluation reports for players and affiliated scouts while maintaining high standards of professionalism, safety, and sportsmanship. I hold multiple sports safety and coaching certifications and prioritize discipline, communication with parents and coaches, and creating positive mentorship for young athletes.
