At Kare Partners Group, I supported finance and compliance operations for a US-based healthcare group, handling journal entries, accounts payable, balance sheet and P&L drafting, GL verification, variance analysis, vendor W-9 records, reconciliations, and internal audit support. I also contributed to FP&A frameworks and ERP automation to improve reporting accuracy and reduce manual dependencies.

As Head of Admin and Accounts at KDMA Group of Schools, I led multi-branch finance operations including payroll, budgeting, cash management, financial statements, inter-company reconciliations, MIS reporting, banking, vendor negotiations, and procurement.

My Chartered Accountant background includes audits, Income Tax and TDS filings, compliance reviews, restructuring advice, and independent audits for sports associations. I focus on strengthening controls, maintaining statutory compliance, and supporting sustainable profitability.
