What I'm looking for

I'm open to opportunities in Switzerland or Europe and available for international recruitment processes and relocation, subject to applicable work authorization requirements.

At IP Infusion, I provide advanced TAC support for data-center, service-provider, and enterprise networks. I troubleshoot BGP, MPLS, and EVPN-VXLAN issues and support high-severity customer escalations.

I work with Engineering and Development teams on production incidents, using packet captures and protocol analysis to isolate root causes and validate fixes.

At Cisco Systems, I led enterprise network deployments and migrations, designing and implementing routing and switching solutions across Cisco IOS-XR, Juniper MX, and OcNOS platforms.

Earlier, I managed enterprise network operations at Ipsoft Global Services and supported Cisco installations and troubleshooting at Dimension Data. I hold Cisco CCNA and CCNP Routing & Switching certifications.
