I’m a US Accounting Professional and Management Accountant who supports accounting and financial operations for large multifamily real estate portfolios across the United States, currently across 300+ properties. I’m recognized for ownership, analytical problem-solving, continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

In my role, I perform bank reconciliations, investigate financial discrepancies, and process and review invoices to ensure timely, accurate submissions. I also support month-end close and financial reporting processes, with direct involvement in general ledger, account reconciliation, and bill-back accounting and expense allocations across multiple entities.

I contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, including Kaizen-style continuous improvement. I bring accuracy and responsiveness to maintain financial integrity with property teams and stakeholders.

Before this, I ran “TRADEWITHMANOJ” as a Freelance Tax Consultant & Financial Planning Advisor, providing bookkeeping and accounting support to businesses and individuals, including QuickBooks setup and ongoing bookkeeping. I’m a CFP candidate (three papers cleared) and certified in QuickBooks Online (Certified ProAdvisor) and Xero (Xero Advisor), including a strong focus on quality and long-term client relationships.
