At KPMG Global Services, I lead end-to-end Source-to-Pay transformations for multinational organizations with 2,000+ users across regions. I own solution design, delivery timelines, risks, governance, and stable global go-lives across Coupa and Zycus.
Previously at GEP and Zycus, I delivered S2P implementations across sourcing, contracting, and procurement, translating stakeholder requirements into future-state processes, functional specifications, configurations, and adoption plans. I improved user adoption from 45% to 65% through structured training, follow-ups, and targeted post-go-live support.
I also partner with product and engineering teams to bring customer use cases into AI-enabled roadmap discussions and help customers adopt capabilities that improve automation, insights, and decision-making.
