I'm seeking a challenging managerial role where I can apply my strategic and analytical skills to support organizational growth.

At QX Global Services, I manage accounting and financial operations for UK and Ireland portfolios, including treasury operations for 70 sites. I expanded the process from a UK-only portfolio to include Ireland.

I oversee bank reconciliations and cash forecasting, and streamlined accounts payable processes covering supplier reconciliations, invoice processing, and query resolution. I also direct accounts receivable for student accommodation and prepare reports on service levels, cash at risk, and budget variations.

Before this, I led a team processing payroll for UK-based medical and temporary staff. I developed Excel macros for shift calculations that increased processing efficiency by 30%, and helped introduce a paperless process.

At RecordFlow (India) PVT. LTD., I managed MIS reporting for US Medicare projects and created Excel macro-based reporting tools. Earlier, I delivered product and process training at Etech Global Services and managed MIS deliverables at Sutherland Global Services.
