I’m a Senior Content Developer and Instructional Design Specialist with 11+ years of experience transforming complex ideas into clear, human-centered learning experiences. I’m known for narrative strategy and global content design—building programs that resonate across cultures and drive measurable impact.

My work blends award-winning instructional design with multimedia storytelling. I’ve been recognized as a Gold Winner (Brandon Hall Group, 2025) and contributed to an HCM Excellence Awards win for the Best Use of a Blended Learning Program by conceptualizing blended learning structure and collaborating with instructional design and project leadership.

In my current role, I lead global learning programs by translating business goals into learner-centric experiences. I design award-winning blended solutions using scenario-based learning, adaptive pathways, and interactive development with Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud, while partnering closely with SMEs to deliver polished content under tight deadlines.

I also focus on learning effectiveness through simulations, assessments, and AI-enhanced learning workflows. I enjoy cross-functional collaboration and aim to build permanent, strategic roles in communications and content leadership where I can strengthen organizational learning through scalable, high-impact narratives.
