I’m a Data Analytics professional with over 5 years of experience analyzing data, developing dashboards, automating reports, and supporting business decision-making. I use Machine Learning, Python, SQL, R, Power BI, and Excel to work with large datasets, surface meaningful trends, and improve how teams report and act on insights.

Most recently, as a Data Analyst at Syncortex – (L&T), Bengaluru, I analyzed complaint data for healthcare imaging devices (CT, MR, DXR, Ultrasound) to identify quality and performance trends. I extracted, cleaned, and transformed data using SQL, Python, and R, ran Exploratory Data Analysis to uncover patterns and key drivers, and built Power BI dashboards to monitor complaint KPIs by severity, modality, and region.

I also developed machine learning models (Random Forest, Regression) to detect defective parts, hazard categories, and patient harm signals, and built Time Series Forecasting models to predict complaint volume. In parallel, I delivered month-over-month and year-over-year trend analysis and collaborated cross-functionally on product quality improvement initiatives.

Previously at Quess Corp – (Flipkart), I built ARIMA/SARIMA forecasting models for product sales to support inventory planning, implemented inter-warehouse inventory transfer analytics, and analyzed large e-commerce transaction datasets to identify purchasing and sales trends. I automated reporting with SQL queries and Python-based data pipelines, created Power BI operational dashboards, and used Random Forest to identify customers at risk of leaving—bringing more speed and consistency to stakeholder reporting.
