At BLACKMAR, I build and operate production .NET 8 microservices for US wealth-management platforms, including an AI document-extraction service that replaced manual entry for 1,000+ documents per month at 98% field-level accuracy. I also designed beneficial-ownership, notification, and authentication systems used across the platform.
Previously, I built ASP.NET Core and SQL Server services for Fortra's IT automation product used by 500+ enterprise customers, and developed C#/.NET applications for California public agencies at SouthTech Consulting. I also teach C# and .NET fundamentals at Microsoft Innovation Center Armenia.
