I’ve spent the last decade growing through the full engineering ladder—from writing the code to designing the architecture, and now leading the cross-functional teams that ship it. Today, I direct teams of up to 15 engineers to build high-scale, cloud-native .NET platforms while serving as the primary bridge between technical execution and stakeholder goals.

Cloud & DevOps Mastery: As a Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert with hands-on AWS and GCP experience, I build resilient infrastructure and observability pipelines (Terraform, Datadog, OpenTelemetry) that regularly reduce cloud costs by 20–35%.

Applied AI Integration: As a Claude Certified Architect, I integrate LLMs, RAG, and MCP servers into production platforms and lead teams in adopting agentic AI coding tools—capturing velocity without sacrificing quality.

Engineering Leadership: I mentor developers, run technical interviews, and use DORA and SPACE metrics to optimize delivery. I’ve successfully accelerated release cadences from weekly to daily, cut MTTR to minutes, and dropped change-failure rates below 5%.

I believe a system you can't explain is a system you don't control. I am currently looking for fully remote Engineering Manager, Staff/Senior Engineer, or Solutions Architect roles where I can drive both technical excellence and team growth.
