Designed and optimized Salesforce Flows, custom objects, and automation to enhance business processes and user experience. Integrated multiple third-party systems including Razorpay, Fibe, TCPL, SDocs, LSQ and IVR for seamless data exchange and business process automation.

Designed and developed a scholarship management system for student applications and tracking. Implemented secure, role-based access for applicants, reviewers, and administrators. Built a user-friendly community website to streamline the scholarship enrollment process and enhance accessibility.

Integrated Salesforce with the Orderwise ERP system for seamless product data synchronization. Configured security settings, including Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets, to manage user access effectively. Implemented business use cases using Lightning Flows and Process Builder to automate workflows.

Worked on the Education Data Architecture (EDA) to structure and manage educational data efficiently. Designed and implemented three distinct portals tailored for students, teachers, and parents, enhancing user experience and access control. Integrated external systems including AWS, Zoom, and Cashfree for cloud services, virtual classes, and payment processing.

Configured and customized Salesforce CPQ to automate quote generation and ensure GST compliance. Integrated Razorpay with Salesforce to enable seamless and secure payment gateway solutions.
