Manas Pokley

I’m a Data Analyst with expertise in statistical methods, machine learning, and business intelligence, built on a strong foundation in Python, SQL, R, and BI tools. I’m currently pursuing a PG Diploma in Statistical Methods and Analytics at the Indian Statistical Institute, and I enjoy turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

In prior roles, I worked as a Research Intern at DreamLegal Tech, conducting market research to analyze industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify Rs.500K+ investment opportunities in legal technology. I also supported primary education initiatives as an NGO Intern, coordinating program activities, managing resources, and collecting data for impact assessment for 100+ underprivileged children.

My projects reflect both analytical depth and practical implementation. I built a credit card default clustering analysis using K-Means, PAM, and hierarchical clustering, and I developed an e-commerce recipe popularity prediction system with Decision Tree and Random Forest models. For analytics end-to-end, I’ve also delivered SQL-based international debt statistics analysis across 120+ countries, producing country-level summaries and key pattern findings.

I’m motivated by rigorous problem-solving and responsible interpretation of results. I’ve been recognized with a CFA Institute Scholarship ($1,000), placed in multiple case competitions, and led business analytics and entrepreneurship initiatives through university clubs and events.
