At India’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, I led a Datadog-to-VictoriaMetrics migration handling 300M+ logs/day and a Beanstalk-to-EKS migration that cut deployment time by 80%. I also built self-serve cost visibility with AWS Athena, standardized secret scanning with Gitleaks, and improved reliability with Grafana/PagerDuty alerting, HPA using Prometheus custom metrics, and Istio-based mTLS—translating reliability and cost outcomes into business impact.
