I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, and I’ve realized my strengths show up most in execution, coordination, and business operations—not just software development. Through hands-on work with founders and cross-functional teams, I learned how to turn plans into measurable progress.

In my current role as an Operations & Business Development Associate, I support construction projects end-to-end—from preparing government documentation and coordinating compliance paperwork to running client interactions and supporting the sales process. I also manage social media marketing campaigns and designed a company website to strengthen digital presence and generate customer enquiries.

At LifeCraft Engineering Pvt. Ltd., I worked directly with the Founder and General Manager to support project execution across procurement, civil, accounts, and vendor functions. I coordinated procurement using 30+ vendor quotations, prepared MOMs, tracked action items, and helped keep operational reports and execution trackers up to date.

Earlier, I completed a React.js internship where I delivered frontend features for a CRM platform using Agile sprints and Jira, collaborating with QA and UI/UX. On top of that, our “RefARee” project coordinated team execution and documentation across industry-sponsored partners, and I co-authored a research paper accepted for publication—strengthening my drive for ownership and continuous improvement.
