What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining clinical nursing and research/outreach—where I can deliver patient-centered care, support clinical trials, mentor staff, and contribute to harm-reduction and HIV programmes within a collaborative, quality-driven organisation.

I am a Registered Professional Nurse with strong clinical and research experience, combining five years of primary healthcare practice and almost two years in clinical research. I hold a Diploma in Nursing (General, Psychiatric, Community) with Midwifery and a PDip in HIV Management.

My clinical background spans emergency, maternity, paediatric, surgical, and high-care settings where I delivered comprehensive nursing care, advanced procedures, and emergency resuscitation. I have extensive experience in chronic disease management, maternal and child health, and infection prevention and control.

In outreach roles I led harm reduction programs for PWID, providing NSP, OST initiation and monitoring, rapid HIV testing, naloxone training, and community engagement. In research roles I conduct informed consent, clinical procedures, AE/SAE reporting, eCRF completion, and ensure strict GCP and regulatory compliance.

I prioritize meticulous data integrity, participant advocacy, and multidisciplinary collaboration, and I mentor and supervise student nurses and outreach staff to improve care quality and program outcomes.
