At Perinatal HIV Research Unit, I coordinated clinical research activities in line with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice, and site procedures. I maintained responsibility for participants’ safety, welfare, privacy, and rights throughout their study participation.
I recruited and screened participants, documented informed consent, and conducted study visits and procedures. I also coordinated appointments and follow-up to support continuity of care and study participation.
I maintained Case Report Forms, source records, and regulatory documentation, and identified and reported adverse events for appropriate escalation. I prepared study records for monitoring visits and supported audit readiness.
Before that, I worked as a Nurse Clinician at Setshaba Research Center, a Primary Health Care Nurse at Department of Health, and a Project Nurse at Planned Parenthood Association of South Africa. I hold a Bachelor of Nursing Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health, and I’m available for employment.
