What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build AI-native enterprise products where I can lead product vision and architecture, turn customer and operational data into measurable business outcomes, and align technical execution with executive priorities.

At Ajua, I lead product strategy and technical architecture for Foresight, an AI-native CX intelligence platform that translates NPS, CSAT, and CES signals into Revenue-at-Risk metrics for African fintech, telco, and retail enterprises.

I built Foresight's LangGraph multi-agent system, AWS Bedrock and Titan Embeddings workflows, Redis semantic cache, LLM security guardrails, and FastAPI backend. I also created deterministic severity routing and Slack-based CRM actions so executives can move from insight to action.

Alongside this work, I administer core banking systems for 30k+ members and KES 10B+ in assets at Solution SACCO, where I reduced critical reporting runtime from 25 minutes to 5 minutes. Earlier, I built industrial automation and real-time data monitoring software for SACCO systems at LanStar Technologies.
