At Colasoft, I supported overseas customers with network performance monitoring and diagnostics, from discovery and solution design through PoCs, deployment, training, and after-sales support. I delivered technical discussions and project support in English across more than 10 countries.
For the Philippines SSS, I used a PoC to investigate slow core-business logins and identify a backup server consuming bandwidth during business hours. After the customer rescheduled backups, requests that had timed out for tens of seconds responded in milliseconds.
I also supported network monitoring projects for a Russian retailer, Al Baha Municipality, and MATRADE. My work included coordinating with R&D on customization, helping identify redundant bandwidth, and guiding upgrades that achieved full visibility of daily business traffic in MATRADE’s core security zone.
