I’m looking for an Operations Supervisor role where I can apply leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization to streamline workflows, improve execution, and support high team productivity—building on my hands-on production and coordination experience.

I’m a creative, detail-oriented professional with 4+ years of experience spanning video production, team coordination, and project management. I’ve consistently delivered high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and company promotions.

In my recent roles, I filmed and produced short-form ads, demo videos, and promotional content, then edited raw footage into engaging deliverables. I use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to create motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects that strengthen storytelling and brand identity.

I also bring operational discipline to creative work. I manage media assets, organize project files, and keep production and post-production workflows running smoothly while collaborating with marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and visual strategies.
