I am an enthusiastic gastronome with experience working in professional kitchens. I have a wide range of experience in various professions, which I sought out for my personal and entrepreneurial development.
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Gastronomic Sciences and Culture at the University of Gastronomic Sciences. I also completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme at Machabeng College.
In 2022, I worked as a Trainee Chef at River Meadow Manor, specializing in the cold section and salads. I also have experience as a Project Leader at Selemela Learning Network, where I planned and facilitated dialogues on Lesotho's Inclusive Education Policy and Curriculum and Assessment. Additionally, I have experience as a Co-Founder, Cook, and Food Photographer at Ankie's Kitchen & Broiler Bro's, where I created and reinvented homemade treats for local consumption.
