I've delivered SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support at TallyMarks Consulting for six enterprise clients, leading PMGM work across greenfield rollouts, upgrades, and hypercare.

For Punjab Group of Companies, I owned a PMGM rollout for an 8,000+ employee group across 29 legal entities, from AS-IS analysis and SAP Signavio process design through deployment. At Packages Group, I delivered the PMGM workstream for a 4,000+ employee implementation across 14 legal entities, including configuration, data migration, UAT, training materials, go-live, and hypercare.

I've configured performance forms, goal plans, route maps, 360 reviews, calibration, Continuous Performance Management, Continuous Feedback, and Job Profile Builder. I also delivered a compressed PMGM upgrade for Ghulam Farooq Group, completing more than 100 client requirements so its annual evaluation cycle could launch on schedule.

I'm SAP-certified in PMGM, Employee Central, Succession Management, and Learning, and I work through SAP Activate and Agile delivery. I focus on practical stakeholder alignment, secure configurations, end-user adoption, and connected talent processes across Employee Central, Learning, Succession, CDP, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
