What I'm looking for

I seek a student-centered role where I can use data-driven instruction and technology to improve literacy, collaborate with colleagues, and support diverse learners' growth.

I am a licensed and certified English Language Arts teacher with experience teaching grades 5–12, designing standards-aligned lesson plans, and using data to drive instruction and remediation. I hold a B.S. in Secondary English Education and an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration, and I have a track record of building positive classroom environments and maintaining strong family communication.

I have implemented differentiated instruction, behavior systems, and technology-integrated lessons while documenting student progress through detailed recordkeeping and assessments. I am committed to fostering literacy, critical thinking, and measurable student growth through individualized support and collaborative relationships with families and colleagues.
